A private parking spot is available for an additional monthly fee (for small and regular size cars only, unfortunately it cannot accommodate mini-vans, trucks or SUVs). The building only has 39 units and offers residents a peaceful existence. It has top of the line appliances (including built-in microwave, dishwasher, gas stovetop, in-suite washer/dryer) and beautiful hardwood floors throughout. With one all glass wall, you get lots of natural light all day and can close the blinds when you don’t want it. The unit comes with the new full size wall unit shown in the picture and both the bedroom and hall closets have had professionally done closet organizing systems.
