Hi guys! We're looking to rent this 3 Bedroom condo from June 1, 2021. An earlier move in is possible.

It is available furnished or unfurnished. We have changed some of the furniture in the photos but it is all of equivalent quality or better.

We were planning to renovate the kitchen but had to put the plans on hold due to the stay at home orders. We’ve added a 3D photo and a sketch of the kitchen after the proposed renovations and also a photo of another similar unit in the building with a renovated kitchen (to give you an idea of how the open space renovated kitchen will look). The wall dividing the kitchen from the living/dining room would be removed so it will provide a nice open space. We would also upgrade all the appliances with stainless steel fridge, stove and microwave. There would be quartz countertops and new white cabinets. In case you would like the renovated kitchen, the rent would be $3000. The renovation would be scheduled once the stay at home orders are lifted, but it’s possible to move in before then since the work would be done over the course of a few days.

The condo is spacious (989 square feet) and is ideally located on The Esplanade between the Saint Lawrence Market and the Distillery District. There’s a No Frills grocery store nearby, as well as many restaurants, a bus stop right in front. The closest major intersection is Front and Sherbourne. Despite the central location, the condo offers peace and quiet as it faces a large inner courtyard.
