Please note that these units are private units and bigger than the ones on 1900 Simcoe St North.

Tenant Requirements: • You do not have to be a student to rent at the University Towns unit. If you are a student, well and good. • We are looking at a 1-year lease.

Rent: Single Occupancy: 1050$ Double Occupancy: 1100$ Internet is included. Water and hydro charges have to be paid by the tenant.

Parking: We do not own a parking space in this building however there may be options with the building to rent it at an additional cost.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed INSIDE the unit. There are designated smoking areas in the building which can be used.

REQUIREMENTS 1. References, employment letter and credit score is required (If student, Parents info will be required as co-signer). 2. First and last month rent deposit is required prior to move-in. (An additional $500 Key & Furniture deposit is required which will be returned at the end of the Lease term when Keys are returned without any damage to Furniture and Suite)
